SWOT analysis
What is a SWOT analysis?
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. They are a technique used for assessing these four aspects of your business.
Doing a SWOT helps you to understand what you can and can't do, meaning you can improve upon.
Strengths
Strengths are things that you do particularly well, or in a way that distinguishes you from your competitors. Think about your advantages, what your skills are, or what your positive traits are.
Weaknesses
Be honest when writing about weaknesses. Be realistic, as you need to face any unpleasant truths as soon as possible.
Opportunities
Opportunities are openings or chances for something positive to happen. They don't need to be game-changers, even small advantages can help you.
Threats
Threats include anything that could make it difficult for you that is external. E.g geographical location, finances, etc.
